is seeking a candidate for a full-time on-site position in Washington, DC. Job Details Job Description

The candidate will provide daily management support to senior-level federal staff, including the Deputy Administrator and Assistant Principal Deputy Administrator. Coordinate and schedule meetings for senior-level federal staff. Create, organize, and distribute daily books for program principals. Answer phone lines and deliver telephone messages to front office staff. Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistical arrangements for meetings and/or speaking events. Ensure that all necessary audio/visual systems are provided, set up, and working in meeting locations. Prepare, edit, and distribute internal DOE/NNSA memos and reports. Coordinate, create, and implement international and national travel itineraries. Provide problem resolution for travel software programs. Implement and ensure all security policies are adhered to. Arrange On-Boarding and Off-Boarding activities for new and departing staff. Review, edit, and prepare HR packages for federal employees. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Active DOE “Q” or DoD Top Secret clearance. 2+ years of demonstrated foreign travel experience. 3-5 years of experience working in a front-office or office management position. Preferred Qualifications 3-6 years of demonstrated foreign travel experience. 5-8 years of experience working in a front-office or office management position. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or college. Location and Salary This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, DC. Salaries are determined based on several factors, including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
