Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties: Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of treatment plans. Develop individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and design treatment plans based on functional assessment data. Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs. Complete all necessary documentation. Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis. Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills: BCBA Certification and Licensed by the Board of Medicine in the State of MD, or willing to procure license prior to employment. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies. Reliable transportation. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability/experience providing supervision to RBTs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and community members. Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws. Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology. Required Qualifications: BCBA Certification. Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis. Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA. Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr.
