What You Will Do
Execute test validation processes for complex systems and components to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and safety standards
Contribute to software/firmware engineering, hardware engineering, cross domain solutions and cyber-security compliance
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate system functionality and performance
Support program sustainment and modernization across the product lifecycle, including customer engagement, software/hardware integration, system test & validation, deployment and failure investigations
Collaborate with the program team across systems, software, cybersecurity, and infrastructure to ensure timely product delivery with minimal operational impact
Communicate issues, status updates, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Perform integration, test, and documentation duties to ensure proper operation of product within factory and operational platforms
Adhere to standards and processes for development, participate in peer reviews, maintain test environments & coverage, and drive product quality improvements
Receive guidance from Lead Systems and Software Engineers to ensure reliable, maintainable, and deployable system execution while meeting performance targets
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience
Working knowledge of project engineering
Failure analysis experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with configuring, integrating, troubleshooting applications
Experience with Atlassian/Jira for task management
Experience with Test Driven Development
Team player with willingness to learn and expand experiences
Engineering, Systems, or Software focused degree
Automation tool solution experience
Experience using Agile methodologies
