Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor specializing in Women's Shoes to join our team. Our Expert Client Advisors are ambassadors to the brand, with a focus on a specific category, ensuring every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their needs, guiding them across the brand and delivering the best client experience with passion for the product in every interaction. Responsibilities
Act as the “go to” person in store for selling and clienteling techniques related to your category; partner with your Manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching. Observe the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce your product category. Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of Clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling options. Demonstrate Product Expertise and drive the Women’s Shoe business in store. Provide Product Training and support New Launches. Foster Client Development and long-term relationships with clients. Profile / Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the Brand, the category, and the DNA of Louis Vuitton. The role requires a high level of storytelling, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be a sales leader in the area of expertise, consistently remaining the top seller in the category. Candidates should demonstrate experience building positive client relationships, outstanding product knowledge in their field, and strong analytical and commercial abilities. Salary and Benefits
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $28-$35 plus the opportunity for commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
