Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Working Hours: 40-50 hours per week. Pay Rate: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per annum

Position Overview
The Site Manager reports directly to the Store Manager, working closely to maintain appropriate inventory levels in textbooks, trade, and general merchandise. Responsibilities
Engage all customers to identify their needs and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions and meet their needs. Assist in driving all aspects of store-level sales and profitability. Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies. Perform various sales and register transactions, including ringing purchases, processing cash or credit payments, and counting money. Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, and visuals) of product in the store, in adherence to established visual standards. Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Requirements
Must have: 1-2 years of retail experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary customer service and sales. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending/descending a ladder to stock and merchandise the store. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Good to have: Textbook experience, but not required. Benefits
