The primary objective of this position is to lead the financial planning processes for US Therapeutics (USTx) Latest Best Estimates (LBE) planning cycles. The role ensures the quality, consistency, and reliability of data and summary deliverables submitted to leadership. This position also provides USTx Leadership with insights into risks and opportunities by analyzing results and collaborating with USTx Business Units. Core Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and lead USTx business units through LBE cycles, ensuring alignment with USTx Management, Global Commercial, and Corporate objectives. Consolidate total budgets of approximately $40Bn in Net Sales and $30Bn in Division Margin. Coordinate timelines and deliverables and standardize processes and content across organizations. Develop guidance and content for each cycle submission and communicate content requirements and submission timelines to USTx Business Units. Provide analysis to help management understand changes in the business versus key benchmarks (annual plan, prior forecasts, prior year actuals). Partner with USTx Finance Future FIT, Forecasting, Pricing, and SG&A Centers of Excellence to drive finance process transformation. People Leadership and Development: Delegate tasks and coach staff to ensure optimal support for all required financial planning submissions. Directly supervise one report. Qualifications
Required: 7+ years progressive accounting or finance experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Strong understanding of financial planning processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of automated accounting systems (e.g., SAP, BPC); skillful with Power BI or other data visualization tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to identify issues, collect and analyze data, and solve business problems Experience working independently and in teams across multiple functions/divisions Preferred: CPA and/or MBA in Accounting or Finance Solid understanding of CFMs, SOX controls, and other financial policies Additional Information

Individual compensation depends on location and may be higher or lower. This range may be modified in the future.
