Assists in developing and implementing marketing plans and creating advertisements Provides property tours and shows model units Logs all traffic, completes follow-up, processes rental applications, and prepares leases Collects deposits and conducts unit inspections Conducts market surveys of competition and participates in property inspections Aids residents with the move-out process and participates in re-certification Qualifications
