Manager, HR - Supply Chain Finance at Kraft Heinz. You will be responsible for driving the function’s strategy in partnership with your manager and the HR team, shaping an exceptional employee experience and ensuring operational excellence within the HR function. Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnership — Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and talent management. Assess organizational structures on a regular basis to ensure proper resourcing. Proactively lead the movement and development of talent in alignment with staffing needs; facilitate the movement of talent within the function. Leverage HR analytics to provide leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition — Consult with TA Business Partners on the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent and capabilities needed to achieve priorities. Employee Relations — Primary point-of-contact for employee concerns; foster a positive work environment. Resolve workplace issues effectively, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality, minimizing risk. Promote open communication and ensure alignment with company values. Budget Management — Actively manage team budget and optimize costs; facilitate organization, process and people assessments to narrow gaps and drive efficiencies. Seek opportunities to improve value and drive efficiencies. Performance Management — Drive a robust performance management process including quarterly development discussions, onboarding new leaders to the process, and developing session materials. Lead the annual talent review process and address underperformance with actionable improvement plans. Drive Culture — Lead cultural initiatives aligned with Kraft Heinz values (e.g., MBOs, Continuous Improvement, process mapping) and collaborate to increase DEI efforts. Qualifications/Recipe for Success

Proven HR experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management and Performance Management. Strong business acumen and leadership in HR with the ability to partner and influence strategic priorities; analytical, insight-oriented, with external perspective on people and business performance. Broad generalist HR skills across populations with increasing responsibility; ability to design organizational changes, engage and influence, and coach leaders. Future-focused with market awareness and the ability to anticipate opportunities. Experience in change strategy and partnering through organizational or workstream transformation. Compensation & Benefits

New Hire Base Salary Range: $102,100.00 - $127,600.00. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellbeing programs. The compensation offered will consider internal equity and may vary by geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience. Location
