We are seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager, FP&A to drive strategic insights through advanced data analytics, automation, and financial modeling. This role requires a strong foundation in traditional FP&A practices with an enhanced ability to harness technology, optimize systems, and apply AI and data tools to elevate forecasting, planning, and performance reporting. You will play a key role in transforming how the Finance function uses data—partnering cross-functionally to drive smarter, faster decisions. Key Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating global divisions, reviewing results and evaluating business risks and opportunities. Translate complex data into clear insights and visualizations that drive business action. Maintain and enhance the FP&A system - Adaptive Insights - ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy. Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and self-serve financial tools using Power BI platform. Partner with IT and Data teams to define and improve data architecture, ensuring reliable, accessible, and well-structured financial data sets. Utilize AI/ML models for demand planning, expense forecasting, and driver-based scenario analysis. Provide financial support for business cases, ROI analysis, and investment decision-making. Support executive and board-level presentations with high-impact financial storytelling. Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices and advanced Excel/BI tool usage. Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Forecast Reporting Tools, ideally Adaptive Insights. Background in a manufacturing or consumer products environment. Environmental Factors

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. Occasional travel required as needed. What We Offer
