We are seeking a driven, engaged recruiter to work with our team and help find talented, tenured real estate agents to join our brokerage.

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify experienced, licensed real estate agents as well as new licensees to join our brokerage
  • Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with our company culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Act as an ambassador for Rogers Healy and Associates, promoting our company culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Project a positive image of the organization to agents, clients, industry, and the community
Required skills/abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships within the industry to identify and attract top talent
  • Ability to set personal goals and consistently achieve them without direct supervision
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales and/or recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Client Relationship Management software experience
