SAP Open text Consultant (VIM)

Accounts Payable Expertise: Specialize in SAP S/4 HANA Accounts Payable with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management). Solution Design: Translate business problems into effective solution designs, configuration changes and customizations using SAP VIM and Blueprint of core understanding of FSD/FDD/WRICEF Objects Configuration: Setting up and configuring the VIM module, including document types, workflows, and integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, Ariba etc. Customization: Work with technical teams to customize the VIM module as per specific business needs, including creating custom workflows, reports, and enhancements and Exception error solutions. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules and external systems, such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Enterprise SCAN tools. Testing: Conduct thorough testing, FUT, TUT and relevant documentation to ensure they meet business requirements. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into invoice processing performance, KPIs, and compliance metrics. Communication: Possess strong communication skills to effectively articulate solutions and collaborate with clients and team members. Client Needs Analysis: Understanding the client requirements to customize SAP FICO and Project systems accordingly. User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing technical support to users on SAP FICO & PS processes and procedures. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve P1 & P2 tickets of SAP FICO & PS related issues, providing both functional and technical support. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all configuration changes, enhancements, RICEF’s, FSD, TUT, SOP and other modifications. Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP Functional and Technical consultants to ensure seamless integration of the FICO module with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, Ariba, BTP). Testing: Assist in testing system functionality after upgrades, maintenance, refresh or any other changes to ensure everything is working correctly. Job Details
