On our team, you’ll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems. You’ll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions. Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data and how it can be used. Statistical analysis will be used to predict and verify the accuracy of the processing models. Responsibilities
Lead the development of algorithms and systems and guide teammates. Collaborate with clients to understand questions and needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Turn disparate data points into objective answers to inform client decisions. Apply statistical analysis to predict and verify the accuracy of processing models. Qualifications
8+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining 8+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into business processes Experience with IC or DoD tools, tech environment, and data sources; pulling data from IC or DoD APIs using Python or R Experience performing quality checks of all work products and interacting with government personnel to present interim results Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have
Experience leveraging various AI or ML models Experience with rapid prototyping Experience with multi-INT analytics Experience reviewing technical documentation for compliance with applicable standards Experience supporting Joint Combatant Commands or other DoD organizations Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Identity and Work Model
