Residential service plumbing (Boiler & water heater focus) on systems while guiding customers to informed, confident decisions.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members * Maintain a clean truck and up-to-date inventory * Complete paperwork and maintain a professional appearance * Attend ongoing training and maintain necessary certifications * Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and drainage * Test plumbing systems for leaks and troubleshoot any issues * Provide guidance to apprentices and junior plumbers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
