How You Will Create An Impact Work in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, building industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Specifically gain experience in: Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops. Presentation Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations clearly and impactfully. Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities. Client Interaction: Participate in meetings and workshops and contribute to discussions and presentations as appropriate. Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance consulting and business acumen, and understanding of Simon-Kucher’s methodologies. Coaching and Mentorship: Lead and guide junior team members to develop actionable insights using data, analytics, and research that delivers impactful client recommendations.
Work closely with project teams to leverage strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all. Your Profile 1-2 years of work experience; participation in consulting clubs or industry groups as an undergraduate is highly valued. Undergraduate or graduate degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related sciences or business field (or currently pursuing such a degree). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Strong collaboration and teaming skills. Inclusive and empathetic team member. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment. In-office or client site presence 2-3 days per week in alignment with our hybrid working model. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105,000-$110,000 per year. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
