Oversees project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings. Ensures communication supports timely and budget-conscious completion of programs/projects. Functions as an individual contributor, applying professional expertise with minimal supervision. Requires professional mastery of a specialized field, typically supported by a college degree or equivalent. Applies substantial applicable work experience to supplement formal knowledge. Uses subject matter expertise to resolve issues and apply principles and concepts effectively. Makes evaluative judgments based on detailed analysis of factual information. Typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
