Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled and curious

Data Scientist

to join our team and drive impactful insights through advanced modeling, experimentation, and data storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of statistical rigor, machine learning, and business strategy. Responsibilities

Develop and deploy predictive models using techniques such as GLMs, regression, classification, and time series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet). Engineer and select features to optimize model performance and interpretability. Evaluate models using metrics like ROC/AUC, precision/recall, and calibration. Conduct A/B testing and design experiments (DOE) to validate hypotheses and optimize processes. Apply causal inference methods (e.g., propensity scores, DAGs) to uncover relationships and drive decision-making. Build interpretable models using SHAP and LIME to explain predictions and support stakeholder understanding. Create dashboards and reports in Looker, leveraging LookML for semantic modeling. Communicate insights through compelling data storytelling tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Preferred Experience

Built predictive maintenance models using survival analysis and time-to-failure regression, improving equipment uptime by 18%. Applied multivariate regression and PCA to identify key process variables affecting product quality. Designed and executed factorial experiments with ANOVA for production optimization. Developed interpretable models using SHAP to explain variability in defect rates across production lines. What We’re Looking For
