We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making across our franchise organization. This role is responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing forecasting models, and generating actionable insights that help drive growth and operational efficiency. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, accounting, and executive leadership, to interpret complex data sets, evaluate KPIs, and support both corporate and franchise-level financial planning. Essential Job Functions (Competencies):

Analyze financial results by comparing actuals to plans, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Build and maintain advanced financial models for ad hoc analysis and scenario planning. Support the development and delivery of presentations for senior leadership and executive management. Create complex spreadsheets, charts, and visualizations to communicate financial trends clearly and effectively. Conduct various ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions. Lead or support process improvement initiatives, including streamlining month-end close reconciliations. Compile and analyze data for financial planning, budgeting, and long-term strategic initiatives. Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively under tight deadlines. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred· 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in franchise, retail, or multi-location business environments CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar) Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex financial information to non-finance audiences Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities Experience with variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes Knowledge of franchise business models and multi-entity financial structures preferred Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally Continuous improvement mindset with process optimization experience Compensation + Benefits:

$85,000 - $105,000 plus year end discretionary bonus Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K, paid time off, and holidays.
