We offer: Competitive wages ($65,000 - $72,000 annually) Exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates and their family members 401K matching program for eligible associates Flexible scheduling Discounts at Crescent managed properties in North America Hotel room discounts at Marriott brand properties worldwide As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including revenue audit, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliation, cash handling, and payroll processing. You will prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, and manage month-end and year-end closing processes. To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of accounting experience in the hospitality or hotel industry 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems and accounting software Strong analytical and financial acumen Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Crescent Hotels & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
