As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics.

Responsibilities

Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area.

Developing a pipeline by understanding sales processes and stages.

Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.

Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business.

Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and manage customer relationships.

Working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and become the technical solution of choice for customers.

Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and Order to Remittance handoff.

Requirements

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in key strategic segments: Avionics, Electronics, Space and Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles.

Up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

Capital Sales Experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD.

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in sales.

Ability to travel 50%–70% of the time.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.
