What You Will Be Responsible For

As an Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations, Senior Associate, you will support Client Operations and other operational Shared Service teams by monitoring and processing custody-related events to the fund’s records accurately and timely. Your responsibilities will include: Performing daily maintenance and record keeping for Syndicated Bank Loans held in various Mutual Fund and other Structured portfolios Processing new trades and trade settlements on accounting records Daily reconciliation of cash balances Producing daily roll-forward proof of portfolio holdings and accrual information Preparing standard and ad hoc reporting for both internal and external customers Responding to customer queries on a daily basis Daily processing of bank loan notices as received from agent banks Interacting with the Investment Manager on assigned portfolios, performing ad hoc requests, and providing daily reporting per client-specific guidelines Identifying unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and reporting or escalating in accordance with corporate policy Researching and tracking resolution exceptions and issues Receiving and resolving inquiries in a timely and accurate manner Defining and ensuring successful completion of ad-hoc requests Escalating unresolved issues to management as required Performing daily or weekly reporting functions for the team’s activities Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Keeping up to date on broader internal/external business issues and applying knowledge across the team Assisting management in implementing new policies and procedures and participating in projects Assisting with workflow management and technology enhancements and making suggestions to streamline operations Maintaining knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes Supporting training of new hires as necessary What We Value

We require a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience working with the Bank Loan asset class is required, and proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO) is preferred. Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $94,120 Annual.
