The Private Client Division is seeking a Client Service Associate for the Seattle, WA branch to support Financial Professionals in day-to-day operations of a growing wealth management practice. The CSA should have strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills and be able to work independently as well as in a small team, performing a variety of tasks to help the team grow the business, run smoothly, and meet service excellence standards. Responsibilities
Learn and adapt to service the needs of various accounts to answer day-to-day questions from clients and professionals Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients Utilize research and technical support tools Act with integrity and respect in all situations Cultivate and grow existing client relationships Assist with marketing efforts Prioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines, answer phones, take messages and schedule appointments Prepare and process paperwork to open and service accounts Interact locally with other support members, Financial Professionals and Management Qualifications
Superior interpersonal and multi-tasking skills with meticulous attention to detail 1-2 years’ experience as a sales assistant/CSA in financial services preferred Basic understanding of financial instruments and brokerage/insurance products Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to learn DocuSign and internal software Team player with energetic, positive disposition seeking growth Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Strong accuracy, thoroughness, and organizational skills Professional, timely, and friendly communication with all levels of employees, management and clients Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; work effectively under time constraints Capability to handle multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision Compensation
The current base salary range for this role in Washington is $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonus. Certain positions may include additional forms of compensation. Benefits
