branch. The
Warehouse Driver Sales Representative
is a new addition to our team. This role increases operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, completing and delivering orders for the company's customers. Moving, shipping, storing or unloading various materials are completed by hand or with the use of machinery. This role also increases sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of needed products, by applying technical knowledge to satisfy customer needs.

Responsibilities Include:
Warehouse
Pick, pack, and prepare orders (including pipe and wire cutting) for delivery or transfer. Load, unload, and restock materials; safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other power equipment. Receive, process, and organize incoming stock while maintaining accurate inventory. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, including proper disposal of packing materials. Driver
Complete timely deliveries and comply with DOT and safety regulations. Perform basic van maintenance (refueling, inspections, reporting issues) and keep van clean. Communicate with customers and team members regarding delivery status and instructions. Complete delivery paperwork and reports as needed. Sales
Process customer orders and inquiries in person, by phone, and email. Assist with order pickups, returns, and counter sales support. Promote recommended products and support sales team as needed. Qualifications
Education
Highschool diploma or GED Experience and/or Training
1 year working in a warehouse environment as a team member, working with power equipment, and pulling orders. A solid understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes 1 year of related sales experience Comfortable with various computer software programs Math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations and to other employees of the organization Self-motivated and self-starter Organized, strong time management skills. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborate within a multi-functional team A team player - work together with others to accomplish common goals of company Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills Detail oriented, organized, consistent, and tenacious 2 years in a related customer service role preferred Wholesale distribution and/or retail experience preferred Experience driving professionally preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components preferred Licenses/Certificates/Other Requirements
Valid WI Driver's license Clean Driving Record
