Rally House is looking for a Team Sales Lead who’s ready to energize the floor, coach teammates, and make the store feel like game day every day. As a Team Sales Lead, you’ll help lead the team by setting the tone, delivering exceptional service, and supporting fellow associates. Whether you lead by example on the floor, coach new hires, or manage visual standards and daily priorities, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the store running smoothly and looking sharp. At Rally House, we celebrate hometown connections by offering an outrageous selection of local and team apparel and gifts. You’ll help create an environment that brings fans and communities together through passion for their teams. You’ll also support store leadership with key operations — returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention — while bringing a positive, enthusiastic attitude that rallies the entire team. Staffing: shift management, leading others Customer service: ensures customer remains the top priority Delivery results: inventory control, selling strategies Merchandising: meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution Skills and Knowledge
Ability to lead others, communicate clearly and confidently Detail oriented, enthusiastic attitude Functional skills to use digital devices and online applications Growth mindset, outgoing Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week; open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events Seeking a long-term position with potential to advance in store leadership Required to stand and walk; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors; regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds Compensation: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour Employment type: Part-time Seniority level: Entry level Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Retail
