Lead Cabinet Installer
to join our team and complete high-quality kitchen remodeling projects throughout our community. This full-time position is ideal for a career-minded professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customers lives by transforming kitchens — from cabinet refacing to full remodels — while maintaining the quality, precision, and customer care that define Kitchen Tune-Up. What We Offer
Full-Time Schedule:
40 hour work week Monday – Thursday with occasional Friday overtime if available. Competitive Compensation:

Execute and oversee
full-scope kitchen remodeling , including:
Cabinet installation and refacing Countertops Tile and backsplash installation Flooring installation Finish carpentry, trim, and painting Accessory and hardware installs
Lead crews or work independently depending on project scope. Serve as the
primary point of contact
with homeowners on the job site. Plan and coordinate work of team. Maintain strict
safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
on every project. Mentor installers, fostering skill development and productivity. Coordinate material planning, staging, and
timeline tracking
to ensure on-time completion. Perform cabinet modifications, installations, and custom adjustments. Measure, cut, and install veneer, moldings, toe kicks, baseboards, casings, and crown molding. Apply professional-grade cabinet painting and refinishing techniques for a factory-quality result. Communicate progress with the owner daily, ensuring alignment on timelines and quality. Demonstrate respect, courtesy, and professionalism in client homes at all times. Install backsplash, perform minor plumbing and complete minor electric work. Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience
in full-scope kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, or related carpentry work. Mastery of
cabinetry installation ,
finish carpentry , and all related tools and equipment. Proven ability to troubleshoot, and problem-solve independently. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow project directions accurately. Strong
leadership, communication, and project management skills . Ability to safely operate power tools including table saw, miter saw, router, drills, and nail gun. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work in physically active environments. Must have a
valid driver’s license , reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a
criminal background check . Must take personal pride in a job well done, demonstrating professionalism and accountability. Willingness to learn and try new things. Preferred but Not Required
Experience in
custom cabinetry ,
cabinet refacing , or
wood refinishing . Experience training or managing remodeling crews. Prior experience with
tile backsplash ,
flooring (wood, LVT, or tile) , and
plumbing/electrical
work.
