Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of adult medical conditions, including chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease. Conduct routine and preventive care visits, screenings, and wellness checks to promote long-term health and early detection of disease. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work. Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families. Manage a continuity panel of adult patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and long-term care. Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health professionals, and other providers as needed. Participate in quality improvement efforts and initiatives tied to clinical performance metrics and value-based care goals. Deliver culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate care tailored to Houston’s diverse community. Qualifications
Successful completion of family/internal medicine residency program Board eligible/Board certified Unrestricted and active California Physician License Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date Youor This Role If You Have

This position is located at 1658 W. Valley Blvd, Suite 120, Alhambra CA 91803. We are also looking for physicians in the Tustin area to join our Orange County practice. This is a full-time position. The target pay range for this role is $250,000-$320,000 annually. This salary range represents our national target for this role.
