As a leader of the Growth function for Large Enterprise (LE), you will drive adoption of proprietary checkout solutions for merchants through strategic 1:1 engagement. Products include PayPal Checkout, Pay with Venmo, Fastlane and related features. You will influence product adoption and deliver value to merchants through strategic partnerships. Essential Responsibilities

Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products with a deliberate and cohesive strategy. Lead product strategy development and develop a clear, executable view of the product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders. Influence the architectural roadmap and balance innovative design with regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and product profitability. Champion the customer experience and prioritize customer needs in product requirements and decision making. Define and use metrics that inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis. Standardize workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decisions. Be responsible for product profitability, including budgetary decisions. Lead operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability (Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, Business Reviews) and interface with senior leadership as needed. Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with global content strategists, data scientists, product designers, and user researchers. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are standard. Expected Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years management experience. Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications

Payments Industry Expertise: 8+ years in the payments industry, particularly branded checkout experiences. Business-to-Business Sales and Relationship Building: 5+ years in B2B sales, relationship-building, and business development. Partner Relationship Development: Proven track record in developing and contracting partner relationships within an enterprise context. Enterprise Merchant and Marketplace Expertise: Experience with processing and payout needs of enterprise merchants and marketplaces. People leadership: Demonstrated success building and leading cross-functional teams. Effective Communication: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels (product, engineering, clients). B2B and Product Software Proficiency: Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Salesforce, Jira, and SharePoint. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Preferred Buyer Experience: Prior experience as a buyer of payment services is preferred. Employment details
