Our client, a fast-growing, trend-forward jewelry brand looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to support our team on a part-time, freelance basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong data skills, and a passion for optimizing inventory in a product-driven environment.

Experience with jewelry and accessories is a must!
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for product ordering and procurement • Monitor inventory performance across seasonal drops and provide insights to improve product lifecycle and sell-through • Identify overstock, slow-moving, or obsolete items and suggest corrective actions • Review sales reports from wholesale partners and recommend order quantities based on performance • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, buying, and operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained • Proactively flag potential inventory issues and provide risk-mitigation strategies
Requirements: • 3-5 years of inventory or supply chain analysis experience, ideally within fashion, accessories, or consumer goods • Direct experience using July inventory platform is a plus! • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.); knowledge of SQL or similar data tools a plus • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Understanding of seasonal product cycles and inventory best practices • Highly organized with excellent communication and collaboration skills • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Details: • Hours: 10-15 hours per week (flexible schedule) • Compensation: Up to $26/hour (based on experience) • Location: Remote (U.S. only) • Employment Type: Freelance/Contractor • Start Date: ASAP
