We're seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce platform expertise, experience in systems integration (e.g., MuleSoft, IAM, ECM), and strong communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable Salesforce solutions, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches Collaborate with product owners to elaborate development-ready user stories Guide development teams and oversee solution quality, performance, and compliance Lead integration strategies using MuleSoft, IAM (Okta, Azure AD), and ECM systems (e.g., Documentum, Box, Hyland OnBase) Partner with security architects to implement NIST 800-53 controls Prepare trade-off analyses (configuration vs. custom), technical RFP volumes, and RTMs Support go-live planning, including data conversion, cutover execution, and vendor alignment Ensure documentation, design traceability, and operational readiness in regulated environments Qualifications:
7+ years' Salesforce solution architecture experience, including APEX, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL Expertise in scalable Salesforce data model design, portal configuration (Experience Cloud), and metadata dependency management Experience integrating Salesforce with: MuleSoft for API-driven systems integration, IAM platforms (Azure AD, Okta) for SSO and user provisioning, ECM systems (e.g., Documentum, Box, Hyland OnBase) for document lifecycle and metadata mapping Proven experience with: CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, AutoRabbit, Gearset), Large-scale data conversions, ETL mapping, and validation, Cutover/go-live strategy development and execution, Vendor engagement including BoM and configuration oversight Ability to present technical options and trade-offs to non-technical decision makers Collaboration with security teams to implement Salesforce-based NIST 800-53 controls The wage range for this role is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
