to join our client and play a key role in optimizing recruiting operations while driving full-cycle hiring. This role is perfect for someone who can balance high-level recruiting with operational excellence—crafting engaging job postings, streamlining workflows, leveraging technology, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers feel supported every step of the way. What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements. Manage the full recruitment cycle—job intake, posting, screening, outreach, scheduling, interviews, and offers. Optimize our ATS to ensure accuracy, compliance, and candidate communication. Source talent through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency. Track and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement. Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience from start to finish. What We’re Looking For

5+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR. 3+ years in TA operations, with hands-on experience in ATS/CRM platforms (ADP strongly preferred). Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (ClickUp, HireVire, Copilot a plus). Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and match candidates to roles. Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices.
