Intake Coordinator
to be the first point of contact for new families. Position Overview The Intake Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming new families, guiding them through the intake process, and ensuring all documentation and authorizations are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries and referrals Conduct intake calls with families (in English and Spanish) to gather essential information Assist families in completing intake paperwork and required documentation Verify insurance eligibility and authorization requirements Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies Coordinate with the clinical, coordination and recruitment department to ensure proper delivery of comprehensive services. Follow up with families and referral sources to ensure smooth onboarding Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the intake process Schedule & Compensation Part-time or full-time availability considered Hybrid work model (some in-office presence required) Hourly rate:
$25 – $30
