We are currently seeking a full-time
Site Medical Director
to join our team supporting the Riverhead site.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnosis and treatment of patients within your specialty, supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, participation in planning and developing healthcare services, referrals, follow-ups, and after-hours coverage to ensure 24-hour availability of care.
Performing exams, prescribing treatments, designing quality improvement activities, supervising clinical activities, coordinating tests and referrals, and maintaining proper documentation.
Participating in provider meetings, ensuring compliance with standards, and meeting productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction goals.
Minimum Education & Licensure:
Doctorate Degree (MD, DO, DD, PhD, etc.), Board Certification, Physician License, CPR/BLS.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures.
Competence in healthcare delivery, including preventive health education.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range $237,182.40 - $256,734.40, with comprehensive health, retirement, and other benefits.
