Standard Hospitalist Position Details
16 shifts per 4-week block 10-hour shifts; 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Standard Hospitalists work primarily Day Shifts with Swing Shifts (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and Night Shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) as needed based on seniority 1 Backup Shift required per block Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range listed reflects a good-faith estimate for full-time hours in the specialty; actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, credentials, and job requirements. $276,316.00 – $368,007.00 Note: The above range is ChristianaCare’s good faith estimate. The final offer will consider market value, experience, and other factors.
