Looking for an engaging, entry-level opportunity? Morris & Dickson Co. is hiring Distribution Center Associates to join our fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution team. No prior experience? No problem-if you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed!
What You'll Do:
Organize inventory and ensure products are ready for shipment. Maintain stock accuracy to support smooth operations. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Promote a safe and secure workplace. What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift Comfortable operating pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment Excellent communication and collaboration skills A willingness to learn-previous experience is not required! Schedule Options:
Shift Schedule (Option One): Sunday: 12pm-8pm Monday: 3pm-8pm Thursday: 3pm-8pm
Shift Schedule (Option Two): Sunday: 2pm-10pm Monday: 5pm-10pm Thursday: 5pm-10pm
Shift Schedule (Option Three): Monday: 5pm-10pm Tuesday: 5pm - 10pm Thursday: 5pm-10pm
This
part-time position
offers the potential to work up to 30 hours per week, subject to approval. It may be considered for full-time status based on business needs and a review of performance and attendance after 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience picking, packing, and shipping. Forklift certification or experience.
Starting at $17 per hour!
