We are a rapidly growing and highly respected urgent care organization in the Boston area seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated clinical team. Student Loan Repayment No weekends Streamlined credentialing process—start within 2 weeks! 3 x 12s What You’ll Do Provide urgent care and primary care to patients ages 2 and up Perform comprehensive physical exams, interpret labs and EKGs Diagnose and treat urgent conditions, prescribing medications and therapies as needed Conduct laceration repairs, basic orthopedics, and x-ray interpretation Perform physicals (sports, DOT, pre-employment, annuals) Document all findings, care plans, and follow-ups in the EMR Evaluate and manage worker’s compensation cases and coordinate with employers Serve as a clinical leader when needed, overseeing mid-level providers Who You Are Certified FNP or PA Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine experience preferred New grads with strong RN backgrounds in critical care or ER encouraged to apply Comfortable with procedures such as suturing, interpreting x-rays, and managing common urgent conditions Patient-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally Confident and quick on your feet We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
