Oversees all aspects of the 340B Program, pharmacy revenue integrity, and business analytics across the Baptist Health South Florida Pharmacy Enterprise. Ensures compliance with regulations related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Manages 340B contract pharmacy relationships, negotiations and audits. Responsible for the overall management and coordination of system pharmacy acute and ambulatory revenue, forecasting, and business infrastructure including: charge master management, claims reconciliation and denials, prior authorizations, patient assistance (free drug replacement), forecast budgeting, productivity and financial metric modeling & monitoring. Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy - DP, Current Florida Registered Pharmacist License and 5 years of experience required. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA or MPH) and/or residency training preferred. Leadership experience in managing progressive pharmacy services in a multihospital health system. EOE, including disability/vets Seniority Level and Employment Type
