As part of a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will have the opportunity to serve a medically underserved community, providing vital healthcare services in obstetrics and gynecology. Our team is passionate about delivering compassionate and comprehensive medical care that encompasses pregnancy, childbirth, and the prevention and management of reproductive health diseases. Here, you'll engage with patients across various stages of life, ensuring holistic wellness and contributing significantly to community health. With standard clinic hours and on-call availability, you will be integral to a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation, with opportunities for professional growth, including loan repayment programs. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert evaluation, treatment, and management for women's health issues, covering pregnancy and childbirth. Deliver preventive care and management of reproductive system diseases. Offer general medical care to women, ensuring holistic health solutions. Participate in after-hours clinical or operational meetings as needed. Be available for on-call services to meet the comprehensive needs of the community. Qualifications and Skills
Medical Doctorate with a current Texas licensure. Completed ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship in OB/GYN. Board Certification in OB/GYN by the ABOG or AOBOG. Proven experience in a hospital or clinic setting, demonstrating a commitment to community health. Spanish speaking is preferred, enhancing communication within our diverse community. Benefits
