Overview of the Customer Service/Claims Processor The Claims Processor/CSR will service inbound callers reporting all types of commercial insurance claims. Will spend 75% of the day fielding calls, requesting information, and entering new claims into the system. Will ensure all company standards & processes are met.

*** This is a contract role, with possibility for hire based on performance, business' needs, etc. ***

Duties of the Customer Service/Claims Processor Prepare form and template correspondence and other documents to insureds, claimants, and others as needed Issue approved payments. Correctly identify and process incoming mail and documents including new reported losses, suits and other items. Create records of new reported losses in various systems. Respond to telephone status inquiries from agents, claimants, insureds and others. Requirements of the Customer Service/Claims Processor Must have computer skills and be able to learn new programs. Experience toggling through various computer programs while on the phones is beneficial! Previous phone or in person customer service experience, coupled with good tenure in past positions. Education Requirements for the Customer Service/Claims Processor Minimum of 2 years of college coursework, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Education requirements can be overlooked, in lieu of commensurate experience and good job tenure Schedule of the Customer Service/Claims Processor M-F, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Located in downtown Omaha, parking provided at no cost 100% onsite Compensation for the Customer Service/Claims Processor $21- $22/hr.
