Job Description
Join our team as a packer in our supplemental Rock Island location, where you will assist in distributing and repackaging various parts used in agriculture equipment such as combines and tractors. We are seeking dedicated individuals on 1st and 2nd shift who can effectively operate a high picker.
Responsibilities
Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
Perform 70% of tasks in picking and packing products, which range in size from hand-held boxes to large machine parts weighing up to a thousand pounds.
Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.
Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.
Essential Skills
Experience in packing, production, packaging, inventory management, and general labor.
Proficiency in warehouse inventory, labeling, picking, and using an RF scanner.
Capability in loading, material handling, order picking, palletizing, assembly, and shipping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Willingness to work mandatory overtime.
Candidates will spend the majority of their shift on their feet.

Work Environment
Work in a large parts distribution center that values diversity and inclusivity. The facility is open and equipped with a variety of products and forklifts. The culture emphasizes quality and attention to detail, as performance is measured by quality standards. The 1st shift operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some overtime expected. The 2nd shift runs from 4:00 PM to 1:00 or 2:00 AM, depending on workload.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
