Director, Enterprise Architecture and Integration The Director, Enterprise Architecture and Integration is a strategic thought partner responsible for defining, governing, and advancing the organization's technology landscape. This role ensures that architectural frameworks support business strategy and that Technology capabilities are aligned, documented, assured, and effective. This leader will provide visionary leadership to drive a cohesive and optimized enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and domain architecture for LA28. This leader will bring a wealth of experience in developing and delivering modern technology solutions, excellent vendor management skills, and have a proven track record of modernizing and transforming technology capabilities aligned to business process transformation, automation and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to and ensure the maintenance of an enterprise architecture framework and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, operational excellence, and goals of simplification and consolidation. Participate in and ensure smooth implementation of architecture governance processes to facilitate structured decision-making and mitigate risk across the organization. Advocate for and enforce technology standards and guidelines, promoting consistency, scalability, and efficiency across systems and platforms. Manage and expand a cross-functional enterprise architecture team with expertise in corporate systems, digital and marketing solutions, end-to-end supply chain systems, and security and compliance capabilities. Act as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, mentoring team members and producing deliverables such as roadmaps and high-level architectural designs. Communicate and align the architectural vision with internal stakeholders in the Technology Organization and external business leadership. Develop and refine application-specific architecture standards for corporate systems, digital and marketing solutions, and system-to-system integrations. Identify patterns and collaborate on forward-looking roadmaps to guide technology development and ensure alignment with evolving business and IT strategies. Review and contribute to the design and review of solution architectures for major initiatives and platforms, ensuring they meet current needs and anticipate future requirements. Ensure accurate Technology architecture documentation Ensure compliance with enterprise change management policies and alignment with Cyber Security guidelines and best practices. Collaborate with LA28’s Technology Service Integrator to support the delivery of critical services and applications. Background & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or solution architecture Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks Strong background in integration technologies, APIs, and cloud-based architectures. Experience in leading and managing change within the organization, driving technology-enabled business transformations is required. Possesses a positive and proactive leadership style, with a strong executive presence. Proven ability to lead outstanding teams, manage complex technology ecosystems, and drive transformation. Strategic thinker with strong leadership and execution capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to balance deep technical expertise with a strong business acumen. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of enterprise architecture and solution architecture concepts and best practices Knowledge of enterprise integration concepts and best practice preferred Ability to abstract complex business and technical concepts and summarize them for various stakeholder groups, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders as well as business concepts to technologists; the ability to sell ideas and process internally at all levels. Experience with IPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) or similar middleware. Experience with designing technical solutions in complex business environments. Position Requirements:

Ability to work on-site in an open office environment based in Los Angeles, CA Education:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus Submission Requirements:

Resume The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000.00 - $160,000.00. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.
