Job Description Residential Architectural Revit Designer or Architect fluent in completing a full set of Architectural Construction Documents for Bay Area and Los Angeles Planning and Building Departments. Candidates must understand California Building Codes. As well as, research zoning requirements per each local jurisdiction and report back to CEO, Owner and Company Team. Independent Revit Technician or Architect must be Detailed, Technical and have an Architectural design background. Must understand the following: Submittal of Construction Documents to the Planning/Building Departments Collate all Structural, MEP, Fire Sprinkler, Civil Grading Drawings This is a very fast pace position and opportunity with Modular Design and Construction.
