Service Team Leader
to lead TRC's
Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) Services
within a specified geographic region of the country. Responsibilities Technical/regulatory leader for the Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services within a specified geographic region. Develops, implements, and maintains a strategy and execution plan for delivering Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services to our key client/ targeted new client growth account program. Establishes, maintains, and improves upon our branding, marketing, and sales materials for the delivery of Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services. Mentors and coaches project managers and project consultants for growth and delivery of Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services as part of a national delivery platform. Project and Client Specific Activities may include:
Performing Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Facility Siting Analysis Conduct/lead PSM and RMP compliance audits to evaluate applicability and conformance with applicable PSM and RMP requirements. Establishing management system design, development, and implementation to specific standards to manage and control EHS risks.
Qualifications Professional or technical degree in engineering, safety, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of providing consulting services related to Process Safety Management, Risk Management Planning, Enforcement Activities, and related Regulatory Requirements for industrial and commercial clients. Requires strong experience with OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) Standards (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA's Chemical Accident Prevention Program (40 CFR 68). Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Certified Professional Process Safety Auditor. Compensation : In accordance with local law, the compensation range is $90K-$155K. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
