Rotating 12-Hour Schedule | Contract-to-Hire
Join a cutting-edge biologics manufacturing team where your work directly supports life-changing therapies. We’re seeking a Downstream Processing Technician to help produce commercial and clinical biologics in a cleanroom environment, using advanced purification and filtration technologies.
What You’ll Do
Execute downstream processing steps including large-scale chromatography, filtration, and bioreactor operations
Perform in-process assays using spectrophotometers, pH meters, and clinical analyzers
Prepare and sterilize glassware and steel tanks using autoclaves
Conduct CIP/SIP (clean-in-place/steam-in-place) procedures
Accurately complete batch records and ensure compliance with cGMP standards
Monitor lab supplies and maintain equipment (pumps, pH meters, flow meters)
Communicate effectively with leads and managers regarding production status
Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, lab operations, or production
Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cGMP compliance
Hands-on experience with chromatography systems and bioreactors
Work Environment
Night shift: 6:15 PM – 6:45 AM, rotating 12-hour schedule
Cleanroom/aseptic suite with strict gowning protocols (full suit required)
Must be able to lift 25 lbs independently and stand for 80% of the shift
No makeup, jewelry, nail polish, or scented products allowed in production areas

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.20 - $32.20/hr.
