Senior Data Scientist Onsite
in
Charlotte, NC
to design, build, and deploy advanced AI and analytical solutions that power personalization, search, promotions, supply chain optimization, and more. This is a unique opportunity to blend
deep statistical expertise with cutting-edge LLM (Large Language Model) innovation
to drive real business impact. What You’ll Do Mine Data for Insights
– Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and ML techniques to drive decision-making. Automate Intelligence
– Develop scalable frameworks for automated insights generation. Build Advanced Models
– Predictive & prescriptive modeling to create competitive advantage. LLM & AI Development
– Design, train, and deploy intelligent systems powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. Dashboard & Reporting
– Deliver interactive reports that track performance, engagement, and satisfaction. Cross-Functional Impact
– Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to bring AI solutions into production. Model Governance
– Implement guardrails for safety, compliance, and brand alignment. Top Skills We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with
LLMs
(prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI). Strong
Python programming
skills for scalable ML/AI development. Expertise in
LLM system evaluation
(metric design, A/B testing, offline experimentation). Preferred Expertise Experience with
RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and vector databases . Background in
retail or digital products . Knowledge of evaluation tools like
TruLens, Ragas, Promptfoo , or similar. Academic or applied research in LLMs. Tech Stack Python , Hugging Face Transformers LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen Vector DBs
(FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) Cloud platforms (GCP preferred) , Git, VS Code Qualifications Bachelor’s + 4 years analytics experience + 2 years programming Master’s + 2 years analytics experience + 1 year programming Ph.D. + 1 year analytics experience Degree in
