Hours: Monday and Tuesday- Late Clinic (8am-8pm)
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (8am-5pm)
Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate. Previous medical experience with scribing, pharmacy background, medication refills, medical terminology, data entry, and medication names is preferred. Must have 3 years of medical office experience.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Follow one or more providers into the room to scribe Enter all information into the EHR Learn all aspects of the EHR system Return phone calls and messages Update patient histories Complete medical forms Develop and maintain current understanding of Medicare Risk Adjustment measures and quality incentive programs and requirements. Work directly with the Director of Care Coordination and Chief Revenue Officer on Measures where we need to improve on. Target specific patient populations to ensure all patients receive evidence-based health maintenance and chronic disease services Run Reports for Gaps. Review Gaps In Care reports to identify patients who have not been seen in two years, have missed labs and screenings, and are frequent ER utilizers. Work with our CMO on special projects to improve Gaps In Care.
***Salary scales are a range of pay and offers are made to applicants based upon requirements of the particular position. Applicants with "previous like skills" may not be given the same weight and consideration as "previous specific same skills": i.e., For a Medical Receptionist position, "Previous clerical skills" may not be preferred over "Previous Medical Clerical Skills".
