We are seeking a Program Director of Adult Day Services (Regional) to join our leadership team and oversee both Day Habilitation Services and Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS). As the Program Director, you’ll provide visionary leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, individualized services for every participant. Your work will be both hands-on and strategic, balancing program development with staff leadership and community engagement. Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor program coordinators and staff across both Day Habilitation and CBDS programs. Develop and maintain meaningful community-based employment, volunteer, educational, and enrichment opportunities. Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring compliance with DDS, DPH, CARF, MassHealth, and other regulations. Design and implement individualized service plans, evaluations, and measurable outcomes. Manage budgets, financial planning, and program audits. Partner with families, guardians, and community stakeholders to build strong, transparent relationships. Champion innovation, growth, and quality within services, ensuring every individual thrives. What We’re Looking For

Leadership: Proven experience in staff supervision, change management, and strategic planning. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Massachusetts regulations for adult programming (DDS, DOL, DPH, CARF, etc.). Skills: Financial management, program development, and effective communication. Other Requirements: CPR/First Aid, MAP, Safety Care certification, and a valid Driver’s License. Must be flexible with hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. Why Join Amego?

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (required) and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in human services/health care. OR 6 years of relevant health care experience (3 in a supervisory role) in lieu of degree.
