Seko MedTec Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Inventory Control Specialist

to join our team!

This is an

in-office position based in State College, PA, USA ,Monday through Friday.

This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple warehouses, coordinating with warehouse staff and logistics teams, auditing transactions for compliance, and supporting clients with inventory-related inquiries. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors daily inventory transactions to ensure that inventory in various warehouses is correct and available to allocate. Works closely with warehouse staff to allocate items for shipments and identify equipment to be shipped. Assists Logistics Coordinators and Logistics Clerks to correct errors in attaching items to orders in the Inventory Management System (IMS). Audits inventory scans and check sheets for accuracy; requests corrections and/or updates from appropriate personnel. Ensures replacement of disposable items prior to the shipment of demo equipment. Manages consumable inventory. Notifies Field Service Engineers (FSEs) when repairs are required; tracks repair process through final disposition (i.e., return to inventory or forwarded to Ambassador). Assists customers with routine questions about inventory. Performs other tasks/projects as requested by management. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Ability to acquire TSA certification (required). Outstanding customer service skills; ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong attention to detail; excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient with spreadsheets and data entry. Ability to multitask and prioritize; self-motivated. Ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely responses and completion of tasks/projects; ability to tolerate periods of stress and adhere to deadlines. Education and /or Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in a business, logistics or related field is preferred. Two (2) years of related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both orally and in writing, to all levels. Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook; proficiency with Access a plus. Extensive knowledge of Excel, including functions and pivot tables. Ability to quickly learn new programs / software. Physical Demands:

Sitting eight (8) hours or more per day; standing and/or walking two (2) hours or more per day. Eight (8) or more hours per day doing computer work. Ability to bend, reach and stoop. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Noise level can be moderate due to multiple conversations in close proximity. Work Environment:
