Foster consensus on architectural designs to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable product's delivery. Develop early prototypes of product components and rigorously validate them for technical design, security, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with Product/Application teams, peer architects, and partner organizations to evaluate, select, recommend, and configure technologies. Lead the design and take ownership of solutions architecture, presenting architecture solution options clearly to product owners and architecture leadership. Collaborate closely with development teams to translate software architecture into cutting-edge designs, while upholding standards and best practices. Qualifications and Skills
Abilities: Extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies. Ability to maintain an end-to-end view when designing complex distributed solutions with a "big picture" approach. Ability to provide services to a variety of internal and external clients. Experience: Minimum 8 years hands-on development and application design in delivering software products. Minimum 5 years in an architect role on large-scale software development projects, preferably SaaS. Strong experience designing for container-based deployment; working knowledge of Azure or AWS. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA; Orlando, FL; Milwaukee, WI) with a 25% requirement to be in the office. Compensation and Benefits
