Senior Controls Project Manager responsibilities include successfully completing HVAC controls and energy-related projects, including scoping of work, estimating, scheduling, project management, commissioning, performance verification, project closeout, and owner acceptance. Manage financial forecasting and deliver results, including securing utility incentives for assigned projects. Coordinate communication with the project team, utility company representatives, and the customer across all project phases; direct engineers, system technicians, balance technicians, electricians, administrators, and subcontractors as needed. Provide technical support for the sale of building controls, energy and commissioning projects; lead customer meetings and develop scope of work and pricing. Review specifications, submittals and design documents to ensure a complete scope of work and minimize changes during execution. Perform or manage detailed estimating of Building Performance Group (BPG) services. Evaluate contractual scope and the impact of client bulletins, field directives, and scheduling changes; communicate technical and business issues with clients and MMFS personnel. Qualifications

Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 annually Medical, dental, vision coverage for employees (dependent coverage available with shared premium). 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
