New Season . New Season Treatment Centers provide outpatient treatment centers that specialize in care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Operating in over 70 treatment centers across multiple states, the team focuses on medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management to address OUD and support recovery. Job Summary

This position provides management and leadership direction to the clinic team on a day-to-day basis. Works with the Medical Director, Regional Director, clinic staff (clinical and pharmacy) and support center teams to ensure the overall wellbeing and safety of patients. Essential Functions

Manages, guides, coaches and disciplines all staff within the clinic according to organizational standards. Provides proper training and development to ensure that all staff and contract labor are supported. Partners with Talent Acquisitions on recruiting of all center staff positions. Promotes and maintains a safe environment for staff and patients. Ensures key compliance components are met; including local, state, federal, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements. Responsible for accurate daily accounting of all cash transactions (including deposits) and financial oversight. Oversees all data inputs in the electronic medical records, ensures daily data reconciliation and accuracy, and that patient progress and medical necessity are accurately documented. Ensures that all patients and staff complete intake, admission, discharge and aftercare paperwork. Identifies clinic needs and makes recommendations for improvement opportunities along with associated ROI. Develops and maintains a patient group session schedule for counseling staff to strengthen patient engagement with the clinic. Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises. Participates in CARF conformance and state audit processes. Conducts the treatment team regularly to ensure high levels of patient care; ensures at-risk discharge patients are evaluated with specific plans. Sets and communicates the local business plan by quarter for the center and onsite team. Monitors key performance indicators, evaluates trends, sets goals, and tracks progress against goals. Responsible for profit and loss of the center and drives results with self-pay and third-party patients. Responsible for accurate collection of patient financial responsibility (including co-pays, deductibles, and financial contracts). Prepares and submits annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily reports as necessary. Essential Qualifications

Education/Licensure/Certification:

Education, licensure and/or certification needed per individual state requirements. Required Knowledge:

General knowledge of Substance Use Disorder treatment and management, knowledge of applicable state and Federal laws, and understanding of front office responsibilities for Practice Manager and Site Director roles. Experience Required:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Services or related fields (e.g., substance abuse, psychology, sociology, counseling, healthcare practice management). One (1) year of management experience unless mandated by state regulations. Multi-unit healthcare experience preferred. Must be registered with the Virginia Regulatory Board as a CSAC or CADC or as a nationally recognized certification board. Must have experience in treatment of individuals with opioid addiction. Seniority level
