Description
Fulcrum Reliability Systems is seeking an experienced
Project Director
to oversee key client projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating teams and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core project management methodologies, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, and an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Coordinate resources for seamless project execution.
Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource allocation.
Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.
Monitor project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
Training and Communication:
Define communication channels and update stakeholders on progress.
Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
Establish relationships with vendors and lead collaboration efforts.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
B.Eng. or B.S. in a technical discipline, Naval Nuclear Power School graduate, or equivalent experience. PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
10+ years of technical project management or operations experience in critical infrastructure environments.
Experience in building scalable initiatives, defining roadmaps, and translating strategies into projects.
Experience in 24/7 critical operations.
